Puerto Rico's number 1 rum. Re-created the design on packaging and started with a fresh new logo. For the campaign, keeping it simple and bold while using elements to establish a brand look and feel that can be carried through to all legs of the brand.
Inspiration was drawn from the roots of the "Don Quixote" story, and the location of the brand headquarters and distillery in Puerto Rico. Elements such as the shield, vines and leaves all represent both in equal prominence, but give way to the lead "DON Q."
Developing the campaign is easier said than done. In the end a beautiful pattern, witty copy and bold product display are what created an award winning brand refresh.

Pepsi SuperBowl 48
Taking over New York City is no easy task, especially with advertising. Millions of people walking, driving and generally rushing through, attention is usually diverted elsewhere. However, the super bowl is only once a year and this time it was coming to New York City.
Making sure as much ad space as possible was purchased, and in key areas of the city as well as the tri-state area, created an amazing path to the super bowl at Metlife Stadium. Copy relied on that New York charm and was paired with wallpaper and billboard tactics making the affected areas into a Blue winter wonderland. Pepsi and Super Bowl XLVIII were the first thought on peoples minds when going in or out of Manhattan. How could it not be?
Concept, illustration and typography created this fun and imaginative campaign.
What do kids think about during play? I think most will agree, that the "Lava Game" is one game that comes to mind that anyone can imagine. Asking what will that look like for every age and how expressive to get became the force which drove levels of creativity while developing this fun filled work, also featured in HOW magazine.

You can pick, search and see your surf spots anytime. Check on the current and incumbent swells, water temperatures and even what type of equipment is ideal for the conditions. Social features allow you to see if any friends are nearby, local shops and access the message boards to chat it up. Live video feed, if available, for your surf spots are accessible as well. This way you can always see what the crowd is like in real time.
